Non-Customized Items
For non-customized items please reach out to us within 15 days of receiving your order and we will help you out with your return or exchange. Items must be unused and in new condition to be eligible for a return or exchange.
Customized Items
Customized items refers to any product that has personalization or monogram of any kind, or customer selected features like color or design. Customized products are the ones personalized for a specific customer and sales are considered final.
Our customized products are made to order after you purchase. Understandably, our personalized items cannot be accepted for return, unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect.
If your item is defective, damaged, lost during shipment, or incorrectly made please contact us immediately. A replacement for a defective, damaged, lost or incorrectly made item will be shipped at our expense without return of the original item. Please include photos of the defect, damage or mistake with your communication.
Customer Spelling Error
If you, the customer, make a spelling error on your personalization, please reach out to us. We can offer a courtesy replacement of your item at our cost. That specific cost will depend on the product ordered. This courtesy replacement offer only covers actual spelling errors, not a change of customization. We only offer the courtesy replacement at our cost, for an identical item with the spelling correction.
